Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using services from Source Logic ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our services.

Services Description

Authority Audit

The Authority Audit is a diagnostic service that measures your visibility across AI platforms and provides strategic recommendations. The service includes:

• Share of AI Voice (SOAV) baseline measurement across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI
• Citation Gap Map identifying opportunities
• Technical E-E-A-T assessment
• Authority Lexicon documentation
• 90-Day Authority Roadmap
• 60-minute strategy delivery call

Deliverable Timeline: 7-10 days from intake form completion

Price: $2,000 (one-time payment)

Service Limitations

What This Service Is

The Authority Audit is a diagnostic and strategic advisory service. We provide:

• Analysis of your current AI visibility
• Identification of gaps and opportunities
• Strategic recommendations and prioritized roadmap

What This Service Is Not

We do not provide:

• Content creation or writing services
• Implementation of technical fixes
• Guaranteed improvement in AI citations
• SEO services or ranking guarantees
• Ongoing monitoring (unless separately purchased)

Client Responsibilities

To receive the full value of the Authority Audit, you must:

1. Complete the intake form within 7 days of payment
2. Provide accurate information about your business, expertise, and competitors
3. Provide access to necessary URLs and public-facing content
4. Attend the delivery call (60 minutes, scheduled at mutual convenience)

Failure to complete these steps may result in delayed delivery or inability to provide comprehensive analysis.

Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain all rights to content and information you provide. By submitting materials, you grant us a limited license to use, analyze, and reference your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Authority Audit.

Our Deliverables

The methodologies, frameworks, diagnostic tools, and analysis templates we use are proprietary to Source Logic. The specific audit report and recommendations we provide to you are yours to use for your business.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute our methodologies or frameworks
• Use our diagnostic tools to provide competing services
• Share detailed proprietary frameworks publicly without permission

Attribution

If you publicly reference our specific methodologies (e.g., Citation Gap Map, SOAV framework), please attribute them to Source Logic.

Payment Terms

• Payment Required: Full payment of $2,000 is due before intake form access
• Payment Processing: All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Refund Policy: See Refund Policy section below

Refund Policy

Before Intake Completion

If you have not completed the intake form, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.

After Intake, Before Delivery

If you complete the intake form and we begin work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed.

After Delivery

Once the delivery call is completed and deliverables are provided, no refunds will be issued.

To request a refund: Email sarah@sourcelogic.io with your request and reason.

Limitation of Liability

The Authority Audit provides strategic recommendations based on current AI platform behavior and best practices. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or citation improvements
• AI platform algorithms change frequently and are outside our control
• Implementation of recommendations is your responsibility
• Results will vary based on your industry, competition, and execution

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service ($2,000).

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• AI platforms will cite you after implementing recommendations
• Our analysis will be error-free or complete
• Third-party AI platforms will remain accessible or unchanged

Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any proprietary business information you share that is:

• Clearly marked as confidential
• Not publicly available
• Not required to be disclosed by law

However, general industry knowledge, publicly available information, and aggregate/anonymized data may be used for our own research and marketing.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate this agreement if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Legal compliance requires termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Binding arbitration in Virginia (if mediation fails)

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Source Logic regarding our services.
