I help established service businesses understand and fix the gap between how good they are and how well their website represents that. The work covers two layers: the technical side (whether your site is configured so search engines can actually find and read it) and the brand side (whether what they find accurately reflects who you are and what you do). Everything is delivered in plain language with a clear path forward.
You paste in a URL and get back a Brand Voice Guide in about two minutes. It covers your tone, values, how you talk to your clients, what makes you different, and flags gaps in your site's structured data. It's a real document, not a score or a quiz result. You can use it as a reference, share it with a copywriter, hand it to an AI tool like ChatGPT or Claude to help you draft content in your own voice, or just see your business the way the web sees it.
The free readout works from a URL or two. The full extraction goes through your entire website, your blog library, social media, podcast episodes, YouTube content, and any other materials you have. It also includes analysis the free tool can't do: whether your messaging is consistent across pages, what your clients are saying about you in testimonials, and how that language maps to the way people search. The deliverable includes complete, paste-ready structured data built from your real information.
I go into your website's backend with admin access and check every technical layer that affects whether you get found, trusted, and measured. Indexing settings, SEO tools, analytics, navigation, security, structured data. You get a plain-language report organized by urgency: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what's already working.
No. Everything I deliver is written for the business owner, not a developer. If there's a technical concept you need to understand, I explain it in plain language the first time it comes up. You don't need to know what schema is or how search engines work. That's my job.
WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, and most other platforms where admin access can be granted. If you're not sure about yours, just ask.
Schema is behind-the-scenes information on your website that tells search engines exactly what your business is, what you do, where you're located, and what credentials you have. Without it, search engines are guessing. With it, they can show richer, more accurate results when someone searches for the kind of help you provide. Most small business websites don't have it. It's one of the things I build as part of the Brand Voice Extraction.
The free readout takes about two minutes. A full site diagnostic typically takes a few days from the time I get admin access. The Brand Voice Extraction depends on how much content there is to work through, but most are delivered within a week. I'll give you a specific timeline once I understand your situation.
That depends on what you need. Some people take the deliverables and handle things themselves, or hand them to a developer or IT person they already work with. Some want me to implement the fixes. Either way, everything I deliver is yours to keep and use however you want. There's no dependency on me to maintain it.
The diagnostic, the extraction, and the Source Brief are all one-time engagements with clear deliverables. If you want me to handle the implementation work afterward, that's scoped per project based on what the diagnostic found. No retainers, no recurring fees unless we agree on something specific together.
